Identify, drive, mentor, and implement projects that improve overall production quality
To commission automation machines in overseas plant
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic engineering fields with at least 1 years of engineering/automation experience
Proficiency in SolidWord
Strong organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skill
Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solution
Strong interpersonal and leadership skill
Ability to work in cross-functional teams in a matrix environment with all levels of personnel and able to work weekend/shifts when required
