Imaging Technician

Responsibilities

Provides repairs, scheduled maintenance, and calibration on diagnostic imaging equipment and ancillary equipment used within the imaging environment
Services imaging equipment in assigned geography which may include but not limited to the following modalities: CR, Portables, C-Arms, conventional X-Ray, R&F, tomography, mammography, ultrasound, CT, MRI, Cath labs, nuclear medicine or linear accelerators

Required

Associate's Degree - Biomedical Equipment Technology or, Coursework/Training - Electronics Technology, Military or Technical Training or equivalent educ/experience
Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request

Preferred

3 years Experience as a Radiological Service Engineer or
5 years Experience in repair of biomedical equipment or equivalent field
