Responsibilities

Lead MBSE projects, working groups, and strategic planning activities across technical programs

Develop and refine system integration models using commercial MBSE tools aligned with requirements and interface documentation

Guide the transition from document-based systems to model-based architectures and restructure existing models for scalability and reuse

Collaborate with engineering and research teams to create and support reference and system-level architectures for acquisition and operational systems

Manage the systems engineering process including the definition of interfaces, performance parameters, and operational concepts

Design and deliver MBSE training programs and oversee tool integration strategies based on organizational needs

Provide mentorship and technical support to junior engineers and peers in the application of MBSE methodologies

Serve as a liaison between engineering teams and program leadership including Chief Engineers, System Architects, and Program Managers

Provide technical support to operational strategies aligned within your program and initiatives that optimize processes, enhance productivity, and ensure quality across all program functions

Ensure 100% of planned hours are worked and recorded

Identify and forward to your leadership any opportunities that could lead to growth within your work area

Participate in growth efforts as requested

Ensure all contractual deliverables are met/exceeded to the customer's satisfaction

Completes personal PDP and attend Staff Meeting and Storytime (with camera on)

Within your program, build productive and positive professional relationships with clients

Execute all contract requirements as assigned in accordance with the contract specific LCAT and requirements

Performs other related duties as assigned

Required

Active Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 8–10 years of experience or Master's degree with 6–8 years of experience in systems engineering or a related technical field

Demonstrated expertise in MBSE tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, or Enterprise Architect

Strong knowledge of SysML, UML, and systems integration concepts

Proven ability to develop technical solutions for complex problems using model-based approaches

Experience mentoring engineering teams and managing MBSE-related training or tool adoption initiatives
