Temporary Office Manager
Talent Bridge is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Temporary Office Manager to support administrative operations for a client in the residential construction industry. This role focuses on HR support, payroll, billing, and general office coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining accurate personnel records
Manage payroll processing and billing tasks
Coordinate daily office operations, including scheduling meetings and organizing files
Support administrative documentation for construction projects
Serve as liaison between management, vendors, and project teams
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in office management, administrative support, or HR
Experience with payroll and billing systems (QuickBooks Online is a plus)
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Experience in construction is an asset
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
