Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 5 software engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery and professional growth
Oversee design and development of Java applications, APIs, and data pipelines, ensuring alignment with architectural standards
Drive the implementation of AWS cloud solutions and ensure best practices in scalability, performance, and security
Partner with product, data, and business stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deliver technical solutions
Ensure delivery predictability through agile practices, code quality standards, and release management
Qualification
Required
7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role
7+ years of deep expertise in professional Java development
5+ yrs demonstrated experience with AWS, and data engineering concepts
Experience leading teams in agile development environments
Proven ability to balance hands-on technical oversight with people and delivery management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
This role is an on-site role in NYC, NY
