Manage multiple residential roofing projects from planning to completion
Coordinate crew schedules, materials, and subcontractors
Communicate effectively with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams
Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards
Monitor jobsite progress and perform regular site visits
Track project timelines, updates, and issues
Assist with estimates, change orders, photos, and documentation as needed
Represent the company professionally in all interactions
Resolve jobsite issues with confidence and problem-solving skills
Work safely at heights and in various outdoor conditions
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Comfortable working at heights and on roofs
Strong customer service and communication skills
Team-oriented and willing to help where needed
Ability to lift 70+ lbs bundles of shingles
Preferred
2+ years of project or field experience in residential construction preferred
