Required

Experience in Sales, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and meet sales targets
Proficient in using project management software and CRM tools
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments and autonomously when needed
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in construction or roofing industries is a plus
