They are seeking a dynamic Video Media Sales Director to drive revenue growth by selling advertising opportunities and building partnerships with agencies and brands in the US market.

Responsibilities
Prospect and target advertising agencies and brands in the US & EU market, particularly those focused on sports, entertainment, lifestyle, and youth demographics
Pitch and close a range of ad products, including:
Programmatic guaranteed video inventory (reserved impressions with fixed pricing and advanced targeting)
Custom brand integrations and content collaborations
Channel and series sponsorships
Host-delivered live reads and endorsements
Develop tailored proposals that align client objectives with Hooligan Soccer's creator network and audience insights
Negotiate deals, manage the full sales cycle from outreach to execution, and ensure seamless delivery with internal teams (content, operations, and analytics)
Build and nurture long-term relationships with agency planners, brand marketers, and decision-makers
Monitor sales pipeline, track performance against targets, and report on revenue metrics
Stay current on digital video trends, programmatic ecosystems, creator economy developments, and sponsorship best practices
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in digital media sales, ideally in video advertising, creator networks, MCNs, or influencer/sponsorship sales
Must have existing relationships with brands & agencies
Proven success selling programmatic guaranteed deals, brand integrations, sponsorships, and/or live reads to agencies and direct brands
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote/hybrid startup environment
Strong understanding of sports media and advertising market dynamics
