Human Resources Director

The Human Resources Director will manage HR functions, serve as a strategic advisor, and promote a positive working culture while overseeing recruitment, associate relations, and compliance.

Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor to management on all associate related matters
Promote a positive working culture, associate high performance, quality service and empowerment to associates
Lead various functions including; recruitment, on-boarding, associate relations, diversity, payroll, benefits administration, state and federal compliance, workers’ compensation and training and safety
Qualification
Required
A degree in Human Resources or related field
2-4 years' experience in a HR management role
Benefits administration
Full knowledge of state and federal HR Laws
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent computer skills with Word, Excel and online system
Preferred
In some circumstances union experience is a plus
Knowledge of Ceridian Payroll is a plus
