HomeSmart Stars is a busy, fast-paced real estate brokerage seeking a polished and friendly Career Services Coordinator to support their agents and leadership team. The role involves recruiting new agents, providing administrative support, and ensuring operational excellence within the office environment.

Responsibilities
Identify and Recruit new and experienced agents to the brokerage
Support agent onboarding and orientation
Assist with retention initiatives and ongoing agent engagement
Serve as a point of contact for agent questions
Provide reception and general administrative support
Assist with class/event setup and coordination
Support the Broker as needed
Maintain high standards of organization, accountability, communication, and follow-through
Ensure a professional, productive, and high-functioning office environment
Manage documents, scheduling, and various operational workflows
Qualification
Required
Real estate experience required; TREC license required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-driven, proactive self-starter
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general tech tools
Professional, polished, and team-oriented demeanor
