Conducting psychiatric evaluations and assessments
Developing individualized treatment and medication plans
Providing ongoing medication management and monitoring
Collaborating with therapists, nurses, and other clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care
Participating in treatment team meetings
Contributing to care planning
Maintaining accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
MD degree in Psychiatry
Valid medical license to practice psychiatry
Experience in conducting psychiatric evaluations and assessments
Ability to develop individualized treatment and medication plans
Experience in providing ongoing medication management and monitoring
Strong collaboration skills to work with therapists, nurses, and other clinical staff
Ability to participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to care planning
Strong documentation skills to maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with regulatory standards
Willingness to work in-person and engage in direct patient interaction
