Responsibilities
Utilize AIfirst coding environments (Cursor, Claude Code, AntiGravity) to rapidly prototype, test, and deploy solutions for our Operations stack
Translate complex business logic into clean, maintainable code structures, letting AI handle the heavy lifting on syntax while you ensure architectural integrity
Build and maintain robust integrations between our ERP (NetSuite), WMS, and eCommerce platforms (Shopify) using REST/SOAP APIs
Lead the technical side of our Supply Chain, including optimizing our custom WMS integration and automating EDI transaction processing with trading partners
Solve complex realworld problems such as order routing speed and realtime inventory synchronization across channels How do we sync inventory across multiple channels instantly?
Work directly with Warehouse Operations to identify bottlenecks and code solutions that physically speed up the floor
Serve as the technical lead for our ERP data structure, treating NetSuite as a platform to build on rather than just a tool to configure
Manage script deployments, map operational workflows, and ensure data integrity across the organization
Bridge the gap between Technology and Business by translating requests from the CEO to VP of Operations into technical roadmaps
Create informative dashboards and reporting tools that provide realtime visibility into operational health
Qualification
Required
5+ years of software development experience with strong understanding of code structure, version control (Git), and APIs (REST/GraphQL)
Demonstrable experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude, or similar agents
Experience supporting omnichannel businesses selling Wholesale (B2B) and DirecttoConsumer (DTC)
Proven ability to solve complex, messy operational problems through code you understand the difference between an EDI 850 and a Shopify order
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical constraints to nontechnical stakeholders without jargon
Preferred
Familiarity with NetSuite and SuiteScript 2.0 or 2.1 is a major plus, but a strong JavaScript Developer utilizing AI can bridge this gap quickly
Experience with WMS platforms (Deposco, HighJump, Körber)
Experience with integration platforms such as Celigo or Boomi
Deep knowledge of the Shopify API
