Outbound Lead Specialist (Commission Only, Contract)
SummitBridge Consulting is building a specialized NetSuite and ERP consulting practice and is looking for an Outbound Lead Specialist to help generate qualified pipeline. This role focuses entirely on outbound prospecting and booking qualified meetings with target accounts, with no responsibility for closing sales or account management.

Responsibilities
Research and identify target companies and decision-makers
Perform outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
Engage prospects and qualify interest
Book qualified meetings with the appropriate stakeholders
Once a meeting is booked, the relationship is handed off to our leadership team. You are not responsible for running sales calls, closing deals, writing proposals, managing accounts, or delivering services
Qualification
Required
Experience in outbound prospecting via cold email, LinkedIn, and phone
Self-directed and performance-driven
Preference for autonomy over structure
Desire for compensation tied directly to results
Preferred
Experience as an SDR, outbound specialist, recruiter, sourcer, or independent business development professional
