Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using shingles, metal, tile, and other materials
Perform siding installation and repair (vinyl, wood, fiber cement)
Execute trim carpentry and caulking for weatherproof finishes
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to follow project specifications
Maintain organized and safe job sites
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client standards
Interact professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction
Travel to various project sites as required

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in roofing, siding, and general construction
Valid driver's license and insurable under company policy

Excellent communication and customer service skills
