Door and Dock Installer
Talent Bridge is seeking a skilled Door and Dock Installer to join their growing field operations team. The role involves performing high-quality installations of commercial doors and dock equipment, requiring mechanical inclination and a focus on safety across various job sites in the NY Metro area.

Responsibilities
Install and repair rolling steel doors, sectional overhead doors, and dock equipment
Work independently and in teams to complete installations on commercial, industrial, and government sites
Read and interpret installation manuals, blueprints, and site layouts
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components
Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment
Communicate with dispatch and office teams to report project status
Lift and maneuver mechanical components weighing 50–75 lbs regularly
Ensure OSHA and NYC SST compliance on all job sites
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience installing commercial doors and dock equipment
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid NY Driver's License for 3 years with a clean driving record
OSHA 30 Certification & NYC SST Card required
Physically fit and able to perform demanding labor
Positive attitude, well-groomed, and professional appearance
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical systems preferred
Prior construction or trade experience strongly preferred
