Mid LevelTalent Bridge is hiring for the role of Intake Supervisor. This position involves supporting evening operations by ensuring that vehicles, equipment, and supplies are prepared and maintained for the following day.
Staffing & Recruiting
Responsibilities
Fuel and maintain trucks and landscaping equipment
Track fuel usage and inventory accurately
Clean and organize vehicles, trailers, and shop areas
Collect and verify end-of-day crew paperwork
Restock trucks according to job sheets
Monitor inventory and report low stock
Operate wood stove during winter months
Report safety hazards or equipment issues
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license
Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping skills
Ability to work independently and multitask
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Must be legally authorized to work in the US
Preferred
Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
