Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions integrated with internal tools and services
Build and refine AI warm transfer logic
Partner with call-center engineering teams to integrate AI into live call routing systems
Develop automated evaluation tools to measure and improve voice AI performance
Integrate AI systems with MCP servers, APIs, and existing platforms using Python and modern frameworks
Collaborate cross-functionally to define success metrics, measure business impact, and iterate quickly
Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Work closely with the CAIO to deliver new features on a weekly cadence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3 years building and deploying AI solutions with measurable impact
Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain)
Strong hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, agentic AI, and conversational AI (voice and chat)
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Demonstrated ability to take an early-stage idea and turn it into a production-ready system
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience training and fine-tuning models on proprietary data
Familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc
