Responsibilities
Support the design and delivery of high-end residential and commercial interior projects across all phases
Assist in concept development, space planning, and material and finish selections
Prepare drawings, schedules, and presentation materials that clearly communicate design intent
Contribute to the development of construction documentation and interior detailing
Coordinate with project team members, consultants, and vendors to maintain project momentum
Assist with FF&E research, specification, and procurement documentation
Help track project milestones, deliverables, and design updates
Participate in design critiques, project meetings, and site coordination as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field from an accredited program
4–7 years of professional experience working on high-end residential and/or commercial interior projects
Strong design eye with a thoughtful approach to materials, color, and spatial composition
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with SketchUp or Revit is a plus
Working knowledge of construction documentation and interior detailing
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative, proactive, and eager to continue developing as a designer
