Responsibilities
Hammering the Pipeline: 100+ touches a day. Identifying owners who are 'chained to their chaos' and showing them the way out
Opening Doors: You aren’t just pitching; you are auditing. You book 15-minute consultations where we show them the 'Profit Leaks' in their current setup
Owning the Growth: You manage your pipeline like you own the company. In this role, you are a founding partner in our growth
Qualification
Required
You understand that for an HVAC or Plumbing owner, a missed call isn't just a 'missed call'—it's $1,000+ flying out the window. You can articulate that pain
You don't sound like a script-reading bot. You have the 'Blue-Collar Polish'—professional enough to be trusted, but gritty enough to be respected by a contractor
You know that 80% of sales happen between the 5th and 12th contact. You don't 'forget' to follow up; you haunt the leads until they buy or die
This is a 100% performance-based role. You must be financially positioned to hunt for the big wins. We want partners who want to build an empire, not employees looking for a 'safety net.'
You have a reliable computer, a high-quality headset, and a quiet place to dominate the phones
Preferred
Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs is a major plus
You should know what a 'Workflow' and a 'Pipeline' are, or be fast enough to learn them in a weekend
