Executive Assistant - Filtration & Separation

Responsibilities
Providing high-level support by effectively managing calendars, coordinating global travel, and organizing meetings and events
Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion
Anticipating needs, offering solutions, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple time zones and business units
Managing complex schedules and preparing professional communications and presentations
Processing expenses and completing special projects
Building strong relationships across all levels of the organization
Your excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities will be essential in this role
You'll maintain the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality while supporting the department's objectives
Qualification
Required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening
HS Diploma required; Associate degree preferred
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities with excellent attention to detail
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
Experience coordinating complex international travel and managing detailed logistics
Ability to work independently and identify/resolve issues
Exceptional interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexible hours when needed
Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, matrix environment
Proficiency with expense management systems and virtual meeting platforms
Strong problem-solving capabilities and project management skills
Professional communication style and presence
