Senior Executive Administrator / Executive Assistant
delV partners is a $300M business services company with national operations, seeking a Senior Executive Administrator to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership. The role involves managing complex calendars, communications, and projects while ensuring the executive office operates efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities
Manage complex and dynamic calendars, meetings, travel schedules, and logistics for senior leadership
Prioritize and triage incoming communications, requests, and tasks to ensure timely response and resolution
Prepare, edit, and format presentations, board materials, reports, and executive correspondence
Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system; ensure documents are readily accessible for executive needs
Serve as the senior executives’ liaison with internal teams across operations, finance, HR, sales, legal, and field leadership
Coordinate with external stakeholders, including key customers, vendors, investors, and strategic partners
Support the planning and execution of leadership meetings, including agendas, materials, scheduling, action tracking, and follow-up
Help drive alignment and communication between corporate headquarters and remote field locations nationwide
Lead or assist with special projects, analyses, research, and operational initiatives at the direction of senior leadership
Track and manage key deliverables, deadlines, and milestones for cross-departmental initiatives
Support company events, leadership offsite activities, board meetings, and town halls, ensuring logistics and materials are executed flawlessly
Handle all sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
Anticipate needs and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve communication, and reduce administrative workload for executives
Represent the executive office with professional maturity, customer service, and problem-solving ability
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive administrative experience, including senior-level or C-suite support
Experience in a multi-site or national business services company, private equity-backed organization, or similarly fast-paced environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain composure under pressure
Proven track record of handling confidential information with integrity
Preferred
Experience supporting more than one executive concurrently
Familiarity with project management tools (Smartsheet, Teams, Fellow, etc.)
Experience coordinating board materials or corporate governance documents
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field
