Understanding how customer service, call handling, and response speed directly impact revenue in retail and consumer businesses
Communicating the value of FranAgent™’s AI-powered customer service agent platform
Qualification
Required
Proven skills in sales, negotiation, prospecting, and lead generation
Strong ability to build and manage client relationships and communicate effectively with business owners and stakeholders
Experience understanding and presenting SaaS platforms, customer service solutions, and CRM technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive sales mindset
Prior experience selling technology, SaaS, or customer service platforms is a strong advantage
Preferred
Familiarity with AI-driven solutions, customer service automation, or CRM workflows is a plus
