They are seeking a Communications Manager who will oversee and implement the organization’s communication strategy, create content for various platforms, and manage public relations to promote the organization’s mission.

Oversee and implement the organization’s communication strategy
Create content for social media platforms, newsletters, and press materials
Maintain the organization’s website
Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive messaging and outreach efforts
Manage public relations
Promote the organization’s mission and key initiatives through various channels
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in communication, including Writing, Editing, and Public Relations
Proficiency in Social Media Management and creating impactful content
Ability to develop and execute effective Communications Strategies and Campaigns
Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to meet deadlines
Commitment to social justice and alignment with the organization's mission and values
Preferred
Experience with Web Content Management, Graphic Design, and Multimedia Production is beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field preferred
