Business Developer
Pacscape is a company focused on commercial landscaping, seeking a proactive Business Developer who excels at generating new business opportunities. The role involves identifying prospects, building relationships, and securing long-term contracts while actively engaging in field activities.
Responsibilities
Act as a hunter by aggressively identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities in the commercial landscaping market
Conduct cold calls, site visits, and attend networking events to build a pipeline of qualified leads
Build strong relationships with property managers, HOAs, commercial property owners, and decision-makers
Develop and present custom maintenance solutions and proposals
Collaborate with operations and estimating teams on pricing and service planning
Track all activity in CRM software and submit weekly progress reports
Ensure a smooth handoff to account management and field teams
Qualification
Required
3+ years of B2B sales experience (landscaping, facilities, or service industry preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working independently in the field
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Able to pass background check and drug screening
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
