This role focuses on accounts receivable, collections, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Staffing & Recruiting
Responsibilities
Monitor customer account balances
Maintain and update accounts receivable records
Follow up on outstanding accounts and ensure accuracy
Call customers for payment collection
Send customer statements
Review credit holds and approve as appropriate
Research and resolve payment discrepancies
Reconcile outstanding invoices with clients’ payment portals
Organize incoming invoices by client, category, and purchase type
Communicate with controller, accountants, and relevant departments
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in the construction industry and AIA billing preferred
Excellent attention to detail and sound decision-making skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with common A/R and collections practices
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word
Preferred
Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus
