Responsibilities

Lead ground-up architectural projects through all phases, from concept design through construction administration

Manage and mentor a small project team (typically 2–3 people)

Run multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining design intent and technical quality

Take a hands-on role in project management, coordination, and production

Produce and oversee high-quality construction documentation, with a strong emphasis on Revit

Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and client teams

Navigate local building codes and regulatory requirements, particularly in New York and New Jersey

Collaborate with interiors teams and senior leadership within a studio-based working model

Contribute to a positive studio culture through clear communication and mentorship
