Responsibilities
Manage family law cases from start to finish, including consultations, case preparation, legal research, discovery, drafting legal pleadings and briefs, and representing clients in court
Qualification
Required
3+ years of litigation experience, with a priority for those in Family Law and/or those with first-chair experience. Open to less experience, or experience in another practice area, for the right fit
Experience with legal research and drafting complex legal motions and documents
Skills in discovery and handling litigation effectively
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and membership in the Georgia Bar in good standing
Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and acting in the best interests of clients
Capacity to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
