$50K/yr - $55K/yrHawkes Outdoors is opening a new location in New Braunfels, and they’re looking for an Office Manager who can bring structure, accountability, and calm to a fast-moving adventure vehicle shop. This role is critical as you’ll be the operational backbone of the dealership, keeping the office organized and supporting the sales and build teams to deliver a high-quality experience to customers.

Run day-to-day office operations and administrative systems
Manage invoicing, deposits, AP/AR, and basic bookkeeping
Maintain customer files, titles, and compliance paperwork
Coordinate scheduling and internal communication across teams
Support sales and service with documentation and organization
Help build scalable systems for a growing location
Maintain retail inventory and purchasing
Assist marketing in all store participating events
Qualification
Required
Run day-to-day office operations and administrative systems

Organized, dependable, and detail-driven
Comfortable owning responsibility and solving problems
Clear communicator with customers and teammates
Confident using Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, and CRM tools
Preferred
Experience with Everlogic is a PLUS
Experience in automotive, RV, powersports, construction, or dealership environments is strongly preferred
