Sales And Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound calls, email campaigns, and networking
Identify decision-makers and engage prospects through LinkedIn messaging and connection strategies
Present and sell call center services (inbound, outbound, customer support, lead generation, etc.)
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline in a CRM
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in call center, BPO, or service-based industries
Strong experience using LinkedIn for prospecting and lead generation
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven
Preferred
Experience with CRM platforms and sales tools is a plus
