Lead and drive technology projects, mentoring a team of engineers and technicians to ensure successful project delivery and meeting business goals

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

Qualification
Required
Degree in Engineering or relevant technical field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a related role within a technology-driven environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience with relevant engineering tools and software applications
