Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Clinical Supervisor
Bright Star Behavioral Health Services is launching a new West LA location and seeking an experienced BCBA to help build and shape their ABA program. The BCBA / Clinical Supervisor will oversee clinical services, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and ensure high-quality ABA care while collaborating with families and schools.

Responsibilities
Conduct FBAs, intakes, and assessments; develop individualized ABA treatment plans
Monitor client progress, adjust interventions, and ensure treatment integrity
Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
Provide supportive supervision and coaching for RBTs
Ensure safety, fidelity, and adherence to clinical standards
Train staff in ABA methods and data collection
Provide parent training and caregiver support
Coordinate with educators, healthcare providers, and multidisciplinary partners
Maintain clear communication with families throughout care
Assist in establishing workflows and quality standards at the new clinic
Support case distribution, scheduling needs, and day-to-day clinical operations
Contribute to long-term program growth and community engagement
Qualification
Required
Active BCBA certification (BACB)
Experience with autism and developmental disabilities
Strong data collection, analysis, and documentation skills
Experience with payor/insurance billing processes
Willingness to drive within the West LA region (up to ~40 miles)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
Familiarity with CentralReach or similar ABA software
