Restoration Business Development

Big Wave Restoration is a trusted provider of emergency restoration services, specializing in water, fire, mold, and storm damage. The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth by developing and maintaining relationships with key referral partners, generating new business opportunities, and increasing brand awareness for the company.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters, agents, property managers, contractors, and commercial clients
Generate new leads and referral opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and community involvement
Represent Big Wave Restoration at industry events, meetings, and networking functions
Educate referral partners on Big Wave Restoration’s services, response capabilities, and value proposition
Track leads, contacts, and activities using CRM software
Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure a smooth handoff of new jobs
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue goals
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Maintain a professional brand presence aligned with company values

Required

Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (restoration or construction industry preferred)

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred)
