Responsibilities

Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls with property owners

Qualify motivated sellers and determine their urgency to sell

Follow a structured sales script while building natural rapport

Uncover seller motivations and pain points through effective questioning

Negotiate and structure property purchase agreements

Update and maintain CRM with accurate seller notes and statuses

Collaborate with our dispositions team to ensure smooth contract handoffs

Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Required

Proven experience in sales or customer service with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals (phone sales or high-volume outbound calling is a strong plus)

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to influence decisions and handle objections confidently

Excellent communication skills —both verbal and written—with the ability to connect quickly and build rapport with diverse sellers

Organizational skills to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and CRM tasks efficiently

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms, dialers, and digital communication tools

Coachability and hunger to learn: We are open to training highly motivated candidates who may not have real estate experience but are competitive, adaptable, and eager to master our proven acquisition process
