Responsibilities
Design and develop enterprise-level MDM architecture and reference models
Create and maintain master data documentation such as data flow diagrams, data lineage, and catalogs
Define and execute strategies for data integration, matching, survivorship, and stewardship
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions
Support data migration, profiling, and cleansing to ensure high-quality master data
Provide oversight on MDM tools and platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
Partner with governance and business teams to establish data standards and best practices
Mentor team members and provide technical guidance for data-related projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
8+ years of experience in data management and architecture, with expertise in MDM solutions
Proficiency in data modeling, data integration (ETL), and data quality tools
Strong understanding of data governance principles and data stewardship processes
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid data architectures
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies
