Responsibilities

Prepare and draft immigration Employment-Based petitions, including H-1B, L-1, E-2, E-3, O-1, TN, PERM/I-140, EB-1A/B/C, EB-2/NIW

Manage business immigration clients from engagement to receipt of immigration benefit, including gathering documentation for eligibility, draft forms, file petitions and manage NVC and consular processing as necessary

Manage case deadlines, respond to requests for evidence

Draft correspondence to clients, USCIS, NVC and other agencies

Assist with intake process

Organize and maintain case files

Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification; applicable work experience considered in lieu of a degree

A minimum of three (3) years of business immigration experience in a law firm setting

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and deadlines

Professional demeanor and high level of interpersonal skills
