Responsibilities
Lead and scale the Americas business with full commercial and operational oversight
Drive net new revenue through enterprise sales, partnerships, and channels
Hire and develop a high-performing cross-functional team across the region
Build relationships with IOUs, ISOs, major utilities, and LATAM operators
Establish a strong regional presence aligned with client and corporate needs
Qualification
Required
10+ years' leadership experience in industrial software, OT, or automation
Track record of launching and scaling regional businesses in North America
Strong network across utilities and energy, with deep understanding of procurement and regulatory frameworks
Experienced in complex enterprise deals and managing elongated sales cycles
P&L management experience, reporting into international HQ
Entrepreneurial, hands-on leader comfortable in both strategy and execution
Preferred
Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are advantageous
