Responsibilities
Providing technical coaching and mentoring, work assignments, employee career development, and continuous ongoing feedback
Coordinating employee recruitment, selection, and training, performance assessments, salary planning, recognition, and disciplinary actions
Supporting program development, execution of program requirements, adherence to engineering development processes, and promoting customer focus
Leveraging your experience in Electrical Engineering design and multiple discipline integrated product teams to lead your team to success
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. citizen
Ability to obtain a secret clearance
Experience in Electrical Engineering design
Experience leading a team of engineers
Technical coaching and mentoring skills
Experience in employee recruitment, selection, and training
Experience in performance assessments and salary planning
Experience in program development and execution
Adherence to engineering development processes
Promoting customer focus
Preferred
Experience with LM Design Assurance process for FPGAs and/or Circuit Cards
Experience at LM MFC
Familiar with CCA and FPGA tools (Xpedition, Windchill, Xilinx, Altera, Microsemi)
Familiar with leading a team of at least 5 people
Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience
