LER TechForce is seeking two Test Operations Supervisors to support and coordinate a large engine dyno test cell block. The role involves leading a team of test engineers and technicians, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring the test schedule is met efficiently.

Responsibilities

Co-Lead a workforce of test engineers and technicians in a 24/7 3-shift operation
Maintain current safety protocols and develop new improvements for team
Ensure test schedule with proper conformance
Ensure drivers and mechanics properly document all vehicle issues and potential customer concerns
Ensure dynos are running to avoid unnecessary down time
Lead on-going process improvements and best practices across the facilities in order to drive improved performance regarding safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale
Able to work additional hours as required, including holidays and weekends when needed

Required

ONSITE 100%
Previous supervision/leadership experience
Bachelors degree in Engineering
3 years of experience in testing, calibration
Familiarity with testing and operations of dynamometers
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
Able to work additional hours as required; including holidays and weekends when needed
