Responsibilities
Play a pivotal role in the successful programming of our custom automation systems, both at our facility and at customer sites
Complete onsite commissioning of robotic cells, ensuring they operate seamlessly
Develop comprehensive documentation and operation manuals to support our innovative solutions
Provide crucial training and production support to customers following runoff completion, fostering long-term relationships and satisfaction
Service and repair of robotic systems, where attention to detail is vital, including filling out field service reports to maintain transparency and efficiency
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5-10 years of advanced programming with Fanuc robots in material handling processes
Proficiency in offline programming using FANUC Roboguide
Familiarity with vision processes utilizing FANUC iRVision
Knowledge of Cognex, Keyence, or other vision systems
Strong troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service abilities
A solid grasp of mechanical, fluid power, and electrical principles
Knowledge of various communication protocols such as Ethernet I/P and Profibus
Adept at creating HMI screens on robot teach pendants
Interfacing with machine tools and peripheral equipment
Preferred
Experience with ABB, Motoman, and UR robotics
Understanding programming languages like KAREL (UNIX), Basic, or C++
