Responsibilities
Actively communicate customer, product, and other store information within the store team to ensure customer and business needs are met
Support selling flow activities by consistently updating customer profiles and executing gift packages
Create Calendar for confirmed appointments and support organizing product for large scale appointments
Ensure POS and Alteration Stations are stocked and organized while consulting with Customer Advisors to discover customer preferences
Utilize company-provided technology to enhance the luxury shopping experience and take ownership of resolving customer issues
Qualification
Required
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using technology such as iPads and POS systems
Preferred
Experience in retail or customer service is preferred
Familiarity with luxury products and customer preferences
