Responsibilities
Develop and drive learning strategies that meet stakeholder needs and scale across the team
Develop a team of Learning and Enablement professionals who work under and alongside you
Manage and communicate to a multi-dimensional network of stakeholders at all levels. Craft and present compelling impact narratives supporting learning and knowledge in an operational environment
Qualification
Required
5-6 years of experience as a curriculum manager, instructional designer, technical writer, or in a related learning and enablement field
Experience designing and developing learning and enablement assets (e.g., course content, job aids, assessments, documentation, etc.)
Experience overseeing the operational planning, coordination, and execution of educational programs, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats
Preferred
Master's degree in education, related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience in overseeing large scale learning and knowledge operations
Experience managing content development lifecycles
