Responsibilities

Own and manage full-cycle recruiting (identify, attract, close) for Porch’s India international recruitment efforts
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates; educate them on Porch Group services, business teams, and company at large; prepare them for interviews, provide timely, regular, and thorough communications to them regarding the interview process and as well as feedback
Drive the end-to-end interview process including partnering on the advertised job posting, interview process plan, references checks, and offer approval and negotiation
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally
Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to create customized sourcing strategies focused on cultivating strong and diverse pipelines of qualified external prospects
Successfully partnered with stakeholders across Technical and Corporate functions to deliver hiring outcomes
Source active and passive candidates through creative and strategic sourcing methods including but not limited to employee referrals, networking, research, and advanced search tools
Use data from our ATS to improve our various measures of talent progress, efficiency,and productivity
Connect with team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping, competitor analysis, and interview best practices
Supporting a requisition load of 10 - 20 positions full life cycle at any given time

Required

Bachelor's Degree (or 4 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of)
6+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience- proven experience recruiting for Engineering (software development, QA, engineering leadership) and Product in targeted international markets is a must
Experience using an applicant tracking systems (ATS); Workday Recruiting is strongly preferred
Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Team player mindset with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities
Passion for relationship-driven recruiting and a demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships with prospective candidates and hiring managers
Proven experience working with US based business teams
Excellent written and communication skills in English language
Ability to work within core US business hours / time zone expectations - Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlap
Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
