Receptionist / Office Assistant
Alpha Warranty Services is an award-winning, nationally recognized Vehicle Service Contract provider. They are looking for two part-time Receptionists/Office Assistants to provide best-in-class service for employees and guests, supporting daily business needs and assisting with company events.

Responsibilities
Greeting guests and staff at front desk
Answer phone calls
Accept deliveries
Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up-to 30 pounds on occasion
Ability to multitask with various projects
Stock printing areas, breakroom areas, and other areas of the building with supplies as needed
Organize office supply orders and storage areas
Assist with setting up and cleaning up for company lunches
Assist with company recognition programs
Assist with company meetings and events
Work on clerical projects as tasked
Other tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
1+ years of customer service experience required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficient with MS Suite applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
Typing speed of at least 40 - 50 WPM, with high level of accuracy required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability and willingness to take on challenging assignments within role
Food Handler permit, or willing to obtain one
Preferred
1+ years of administration office work strongly preferred
