Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in public administration, Urban Planning, Nonprofit Management or related field; or equivalent work experience
3-5 years experience in leading and managing collaborative teams
Experience in strategic planning, operationalizing high-level goals, and translating strategy into concrete project execution plans
Experience in designing, planning, and operational oversight of public housing and community development programs and services
Thorough knowledge of all pertinent laws and regulations
Experience in workflow optimization, process improvement, and implementing agency-wide initiatives
