Responsibilities
Assist the Program Manager with management and oversight of program objectives
Provide technical support and coordinate conferences, demonstrations, expositions, events, meetings, technical reviews, etc
Maintaining briefings; and assisting in coordinating input for data calls, such as budget exhibit submissions, congressional requests for information and budgetary drills
Support technical liaison activities with senior officials in other departments, services/agencies, government laboratories, academia, and industry
Support in special studies and technology advisory panels, as required
Assist in developing and maintaining key documents and master plans that incorporate all relevant studies and analyses
Support technical management of programs including acquisition plan development, representation of the government project manager where required, and assessment of performance in terms of technical objectives, costs and schedule
Support the management and execution of programs by updating Task Planning Sheets, Mission Model Canvas sheets, quad sheets, Fact Sheets and drafting portfolio review slides
Assist in the development of databases for technical and programmatic tracking of key deliverables and milestones
Assist in the preparation of program status reports and after-action reports following major program reviews or key events, as required
Qualification
Required
Current SECRET Clearance or the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance prior to award
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and fifteen (15) years of experience working in and detailed knowledge of the DoW (formerly DoD) industrial base programs
Fifteen (15) years of experience in development of policy and procedures, identification of industrial requirements, and DoW (formerly DoD) manufacturing technology analysis
Recent knowledge of DoW (formerly DoD) acquisition and budgeting process
Recent knowledge of the organizations, personnel, and procedures within the DoW other government agencies and industry which deal with DoW manufacturing technology
