Responsibilities
Building and refining scalable backend systems using Python
Designing infrastructure on AWS and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines
Writing clean, tested code that supports millions of users worldwide
Collaborating closely with a global, diverse team of engineers
Advocating for best practices, continuous improvement, and thoughtful architecture
Showcasing your work in regular demos, and giving and receiving feedback
Qualification
Required
Strong Python experience and have built backend services using Django
Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and tools like Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation
Understand how to ship code with confidence—through CI/CD, testing, and monitoring
Comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable system design
Know your way around relational and schema-less databases
Bring a collaborative spirit and love helping others grow
Preferred
Dabbled in Go or Node.js
Experience with GraphQL and gRPC
