Region Vice President
Belt Power LLC is a full service distributor and fabricator specializing in conveyor systems for various industries. The Region Vice President will be responsible for achieving budgeted EBITDA expectations and developing a high-performance culture that drives sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Build a sustainable growth culture through operational excellence, safety standards, and KPIs that support the company’s priorities and initiatives
Integrate the companies organic and in-organic growth strategies through collaboration, accountability and effective communication
Travel extensively to review, develop, and execute the company’s priorities to achieve budget expectations with the Business Unit Leaders, customers, suppliers and perspective acquisitions in the region
Actively drive growth initiatives within but not limited to National Accounts, Customer and Product Category Verticals, Greenfields Operations and Acquisition Integration
Responsible for establishing and driving a documented Opportunity Growth Pipeline that enables the region to achieve budgeted performance
Conduct research and gather market intelligence to keep track of industry trends and develop strategies to maximize the total market potential
Manage operational costs in line with the business plan including maximizing workforce optimization
Drive working capital optimization to improve cash flow while meeting customer service level requirements
Focused on driving efficiencies and increasing revenues by continuously looking at ways to improve the business while delivering value to our internal and external customers
Support all cross-functional resources across Corporate, Regional and Branch operations to ensure a collaborative approach to executing and implementing strategic initiatives
Assists in recommending, developing, and implementing policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and achieve objectives
Participate in reviews/audits as required to verify compliance with all safety, finance and operational policies and procedures
Develop a talent management strategy including skill development, training, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. Ensure appropriate coaching, mentoring and accountability is in place to drive performance and expected results
Drive employee engagement through effective communication, recognition and encouraging active participation
Develop a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement through training, skill development, accountability, and real time feedback
Supervise all Business Unit Leaders including setting goals for performance and deadlines to support Belt Power’s mission and vision, and monitoring their productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
Respect, protect, support, company culture
Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations; maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition
Required to wear Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
Always represent Belt Power in a professional manner
Qualification
Required
Team player that is organized, efficient and values diverse perspectives and culture
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills for both internal and external audiences and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels in the organization across various functions with individuals at partner companies
Excellent coaching skills at all levels from the shop floor to top management leveraging a consistent cadence with a bias for action
Experience with Operational Excellence, Lean and Six Sigma, or similar efficiency and continuous improvement programs
Ability to lead a large group of employees with diverse and wide ranging responsibilities
Must demonstrate the ability to achieve and meet the expected operational and financial goals of the organization
Demonstrated ability to act independently, develop project plans and meet deadlines
Relevant Industry knowledge and the ability to quickly learn the business
Preferred
Preferred candidate will reside in the Dallas Fort Worth, Texas area
Ability and desire to quickly learn new processes and systems
Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues
Reliability, integrity, accuracy, teamwork, positive attitude, organized, intelligent, proactive, and adaptable
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
