Mid LevelCalls Engine is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join their Appointments Confirmation Team. The role involves confirming and qualifying leads, ensuring accurate appointment scheduling, and handling live transfer calls from outbound agents.

Responsibilities
Receive and answer live transfer calls from outbound agents
Verify lead data in the system (GHL) and confirm all required information
Review lead's interest and availability for the proposed appointment
Reconfirm appointment details with the lead
Ensure appointments are booked or disqualified as per qualification criteria
Update lead status in the system (booked, disqualified)
Communicate clearly with the outbound agents about the status of each lead
Maintain accurate records and data entry in GHL
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage call flows efficiently
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Experience with CRM tools or customer management systems (GHL, dialers, etc.) is a plus
