Qualification
Required
Strong background in Property Inspections and general Inspection practices
Experience in Property Management and New Business Development to add value to company growth
Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate findings effectively and professionally
Active Home Inspector License required; familiarity with local regulations is preferred
Strong technical skills to prepare accurate reports and utilize inspection tools
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail
Preferred
Experience in conducting radon testing, water testing, and mold assessments is a plus
