Reservations Manager
Nestify is an established international property management company that operates in multiple countries. The Reservations Manager is responsible for overseeing the mid-term reservations process and managing the Reservations Agent team to ensure a seamless experience for clients and guests.

Qualification
Required
4 to 5 years work experience in holiday homes, serviced apartments, corporate stays, or medium to long-term rentals
Previous experience managing or coaching a team in a reservations, lettings, or booking environment
Strong ability to explain processes clearly and in detail, and enforce consistent standards
Advanced level of competency in English (C1 or C2)
Strong English proficiency (written and verbal communication)
Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A positive and professional attitude when dealing with landlords and tenants
